Gentle Conditioner Concentrate

Great for my Mum who doesn't like bars but wants to reduce plastic waste.

This is a really good conditioner that has made a positive difference to my coloured hair. However, the delivery system is not "new & improved" for me. I closely followed the instructions & spent at least 5 mins mixing the concentrate with water. Every time I have lumps that clog up the reusable pump & I have to rinse out of my hair really well. Please could you consider bringing back the dissolvable bar? I did not have the same issues with that.

Love everything about this conditioner! Easy to mix up,smells great and leaves my hair in fab condition.

When made up, this conditioner seems a bit thin, however a tiny bit goes a long way and I have never been able to detangle my hair in the shower so fast! It’s not a miracle at taming frizz but it is SO much easier and quicker to use than conditioner bars.

I love the fact that this is fragrance free as my scalp can be touchy.

I was surprised this arrived as such a small block/lump compared with the package size. I think you could at least halve the box size and it would be fine.

Once I’d broken half of it (I only had a small bottle) up into small lumps, added the boiling water and tried to whisk with a fork I could see that was going nowhere fast. Just go straight in with a stick blender. It’ll be smooth in seconds.

I bought this for guests to use, thinking I would stick with the bars but I am going to switch to this! This detangles my hair better than the bar versions do. I did use an immersion blender to mix it smoothly, texture is perfect.
