They will help you find the best bars to suit you and you can then trial their recommendations with our range of minis, samplers and trial packs. \nWhat is your returns policy? \nReturns must be processed within 90 days of receiving order. \nReturned bars are not placed back into circulation, they are composted in the interests of health and safety. Please consider the environmental impact when choosing to return products and consult our Ethique Miracle Workers before making your first order or trying anything new. \nTo be eligible for our return policy, bars must have been purchased from ethique.co.uk and you must provide a valid proof of purchase (e-receipt or Ethique Loyalty account history). \nWe monitor return activity for any abuses of the system and have the right to limit or deny returns or exchanges in all instances. \nTried it, and didn’t like it? – Contact our Miracle Workers at firstname.lastname@example.org so they can help resolve any issues you are having. If they cannot resolve the issue, you can return it to us for a full refund. Returning the bars is your job and they must be sent back at 75% or more of their original weight. Once they've arrived at our returns warehouse, our Miracle Workers take over and you’ll be refunded (excluding shipping costs). \nChange of mind? - Return your full size products to us for a store-credit or refund of the purchase price, minus shipping. You are responsible for return postage and the bars must be untouched with the tamper seals on. This only applies to full size items and please note, due to health and safety practices, these bars will be composted and not-resold. Once we have received the products to our returns warehouse and the team have confirmed the untouched condition of the products, we will then process a credit or refund. \n\nPlease note that a 15% restocking fee may be applied for change of mind returns.
