You must pay for the products before we dispatch them. We will charge your credit or debit card when your order is placed.
Returns for faulty or damaged products are governed by our Return Policy, available at https://ethique.co.uk/pages/ethique-product-guarantee. Our Return Policy is without prejudice to any obligations owed under applicable consumer laws.

Section 7 – loyalty programme
We offer a customer loyalty programme. For every GBP spent on Ethique products (excluding gift vouchers and shipping) you will receive 1 point. When you have 50 points you are eligible to claim a 5 GBP voucher to spend in our online store.
Points are non-transferrable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. We reserve the right to change the terms of the loyalty programme or to withdraw its availability at any time, without specific notice to you.
Section 8 – optional tools
We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
