Curl-Defining Shampoo Bar for Curly and Coily Hair: Professor Curl™

I tried curly coil shampoo mini nd really liked it on my hair, my hair was nice and soft not limp. Didn't use a conditioner with it this time tho.

I have 2C/3A curls, and bought both this shampoo bar and the Calming Heali Kiwi shampoo bar (because I have dry scalp), knowing I would probably end up preferring one over the other, and I do. The only thing keeping me from giving a full 5 stars is that this shampoo bar is noticeably more difficult to create a lather with. I can rub the other one on my scalp and, because it has texture in it, it takes much less time/effort for it to lather. Other than that though, I do enjoy how well the Curl-Defining bar works once you actually do create enough of a lather to scrub your scalp. My hair and scalp certainly feel nice and clean after using it. If getting a lather really easy is preferable to you, though, I would honestly recommend the heali kiwi bar or any of their other bars with texture!

Clarifies and washes hair nicely, pairs so well with the curly hair conditioner. Sometimes it can feel a bit too stripping but mostly a great result

I’ve used Ethique conditioner bars for years and recently tried this one for the first time. It does a great job of keeping my wavy hair healthy and smooth.

I love the smell of this product, and I love how it makes my hair smell and feel. I just have wavy hair, but I have definitely noticed a difference in the form of the curls since I began using this (and Curliosity), not long after they were first released.
