Wet the bar and gently rub directly onto damp skin, a wet washcloth, or a loofah. Put the bar down away from a direct water stream. Massage into skin to create a creamy, lotion-like lather. Rinse with warm water.

Impressed by this

I got this as a mini a while ago and find it works well as long as reapplied regularly. It doesn't quite seem to stretch to a full day of deodorising for me but if reapplied works well and no chemicals!

The mini size was amazing for a bike trip!

Leaves grit in shower...

I really wanted to love the body scrub bar. My issue with it is perhaps a bit unique… After showering, I use a squeegee to remove water from the shower walls. Ethique’s body scrub bar leaves tiny grains of pumice ALL OVER the shower (even when I only use it on my legs), and I am afraid I am scratching the shower walls when I squeegee. If you are concerned about this too, you could either rinse with a removable shower head or a cup of water to minimize the splashing. Then rinse off the shower walls and floors too. It is otherwise a good product. Note that I reached out to Ethique directly and they refunded me. :)
