Ready for an easy-to-use shampoo bar? Wet your hair and the bar. Massage the bar into your roots throughout your scalp. Put the bar down and lather shampoo into hair.
Rinse (and repeat, if needed) and follow with conditioner.

Helps calm my itchy and irritable scalp and smoothes my dry hair. The only slight downside for me is that the bits of oats stuck in my hair and made the bar last less time than others.
