Pawfector™ Softening Solid Dog Conditioner Mini

This was amazing. Used the trial size on my two 50-lb goldendoodles this weekend after the Shampooch unscented. The scent was VERY subtle and refreshing. The bar was super easy to use (easier than a bottle of conditioner for sure!). Both dogs were so soft and easy to comb out and clip afterwards. My coarser-haired guy’s curls were so soft and defined! The smoother haired one’s coat was so shiny. Neither has been itchy afterwards (I’m writing this 4 days later). Will DEFINITELY recommend and purchase again.

Our dog Otis has loads of skin issues, but we use this after Shampooch to sooth his skin. He's less dry and itchy, smells so good, and gets extra pets because he's extra soft.

Again, my dog tolerated this with her usual disdain for anything clean but didn't rush around afterwards trying to get rid of the clean smell. Her coat looked great.

I've bought my shampoo, conditioner, deodorant, body soap, everything really from Ethique for years, so I'm used to how their products work - but this one was just a let down! :( It doesn't smell like lavender or coconut, the only thing it smells like is lemon. SUPER overpowering lemon. I bought it because I read that dogs like the smell of lavender and coconut. *I* prefer lemon and citrus smells, but even this was too much for me. It was like pine-sol when I sniffed the bar. And I really don't think it had any effect on her hair. If anything, it actually looks frizzier and fluffier than when I use only shampoo, somehow? Which would be cute for idk a border collie maybe, but not a silky long-coat yorkie.

I do think the size was good for her, if I had bought the full-size bar I think I would've needed to cut it in quarters so I could rub it on her forehead and legs. The smell didn't linger on her much thankfully, but she also still kind of smells like a stinky dog. And the smell lingering is not lavender or coconut, she just smells vaguely of a lemon-scented cleaner/chemical. And stinky dog. :(

I have a tiny puppy and this was lovely on her fur and didn't irritate her skin.
