The lid fits on really securely and is so convenient to take away. It fits full size bars and with the self draining tray it makes it so handy for travelling.
I have not had a chance to use this tin yet but it is a sturdy piece and fits the bar well. I am giving four stars right now as I have not used it to be sure water does not leak or the tin does not open while traveling.
I've just used it for a week away and was able to take my full size shampoo and conditioner with me (as well as a sliver of body wash because the bars have all been used a bit). It was great to have a functional draining tray which really did let the bars dry out between showers, and the tin kept them safe in my wash bag en route. I'm really pleased with it!
This tin is solid and sturdy and carries two full size bars nicely (and it's so pretty and looks lovely in my shower!) Well worth the price. I did find the shampoo bar particularly sticks and gets clogged up in the tray in the bottom - but what I do now is I just leave my shampoo bar in it and just swipe my fingers across the bar to get a bit of shampoo and this works just as well as wiping it over you hair.
Very solid construction as it's metal, looking forward to using it next time we go away!
