Wet the bar and gently rub onto damp skin until you have a thin layer on the skin. Focus on rougher areas, such as elbows and knees. Put the bar down. Massage product into the skin with circular motions. Rinse with warm water or a wet washcloth.

Just what I needed.

Most scrubs I have tried are unsatisfying and I have to go in after with a hand mitt to properly exfoliate but this bar is fantastic !!! 10/10 will be buying again. I love that it works properly.
